PAYMENT

Online products require 1 Week Notice.

When placing an order, kindly ensure that your request is within a range of

1 month.
Requests exceeding 1 month will

be ignored.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of your order needs to be noted in writing via WhatsApp/Email at least 7 days prior to collection date.  There will be a 10% fee to compensate for the spot that was reserved for your order.

RETURN & REFUND

If there is a defect in your product please Return it promptly, or the portion remaining, within 24h of pick up. In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned if we determine there is a quality deficiency. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
